1. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over Ksh 2,000 within Gachie and Ruaka Kenya.

Orders Below Ksh 2,000: A flat-rate shipping fee of Ksh 50 will apply.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Same-Day Fulfillment: All orders placed before 6:00 PM EAT are processed and handed over to our shipping partner the same day.

Orders After Cut-Off: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: 24 hours (same day for orders placed before the cut-off).

Local (Kenya): same day after fulfillment.

Remote Areas: We currently only deliver within Gachie and Ruaka areas.

7. Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), the order will be returned to our facility.
