At CerealsPlace.com, we strive to deliver your favorite cereals quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our processes, timelines, and terms to ensure a seamless experience.


1. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over Ksh 2,000 within Gachie and Ruaka Kenya.

  • Orders Below Ksh 2,000: A flat-rate shipping fee of Ksh 50 will apply.


2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Same-Day Fulfillment: All orders placed before  6:00 PM EAT are processed and handed over to our shipping partner the same day.

  • Orders After Cut-Off: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: 24 hours (same day for orders placed before the cut-off).

  • Shipping Time:

    • Local (Kenya): same day after fulfillment.

    • Remote Areas: We currently only deliver within Gachie and Ruaka areas.

Note: Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues) are not guaranteed but will be communicated promptly.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within Ruaka and Gachie.

  • Some remote areas may require extended delivery times or incur additional fees (customers will be notified before processing).


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.


6. Shipping Address

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • To update an address, contact us at info@cerealsplace.com immediately after placing your order.


7. Undeliverable Orders

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), the order will be returned to our facility.

  • We will contact you to reship the order (additional fees may apply) or issue a refund (minus shipping costs).


8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


9. Holidays & Peak Seasons

  • During holidays or peak periods (e.g., festive seasons), processing and delivery times may be extended. Updates will be posted on our website.
